This is a flowing Qi Gong sequence with the Tree energy. Going back to Nature strengthens resilience, immunity and inner peace. By connecting with your own line of Gravity and magnetic field, you strengthen our alignment with Nature. By living in harmony with Nature's cycles we can live with a deep connection to our Health. When Nature is embraced from the inside out, we may come to realise we are deeply supported on every level - physically, psychologically, emotionally and spiritually. Even through chaotic and worrying times, Nature always holds space and calm. 'Hope it the thing with feathers on it, that perches on the soul'. Nature's song is eternal and with awareness and breathing movement practices, we can come into unity with the life-force energy of Nature all around us. Everything is connected to everything. The journey of freedom is a web and weave.

Mindfulness means presence & awareness… being yourself & living in the now. It is our natural state as humans & it is the ability to manage, nourish & express our own energy. Movement benefits the body’s flow of energy, core strength & mind-body-spirit connection. Practicing connecting the awareness of nature with moving is mindfulness in motion. Bog Energy is deeply grounding and reflects how our minds absorb information, this can nourish our capacity to be mindful and present with the multidimensional layering system of the mind.
